A Daily Dose of MOBILITY

Stretch Therapy

Mobility and Stretching Therapy is a hands-on, guided service designed to improve flexibility, increase range of motion, reduce pain, and help your body move the way it was meant to. Using a combination of assisted stretching, mobility drills, and muscle release techniques, sessions are customized to your body, goals, and lifestyle.

This service is ideal for people who sit for long hours, experience stiffness or tension, work out regularly, recover from injuries, or simply want to feel and move better in everyday life.

Description of Service:

During a session, a trained practitioner (therapist?) gently guides your body through targeted stretches and controlled movements.

This helps:

• Improve flexibility and joint mobility
• Reduce muscle tightness and stiffness
• Support injury prevention and recovery
• Improve posture and body alignment
• Increase athletic performance
• Reduce stress and promote relaxation

Whether your goal is pain relief, better movement, or overall wellness, Mobility and Stretching Therapy helps you feel looser, stronger, and more energized after every session.

Medley Butterfield

I grew up in Euless and was active in sports and outdoor activities throughout my childhood. My primary sport was synchronized swimming—now known as artistic swimming—which I pursued from age 9 through 25. During that time, I competed across the United States as part of a nationally ranked team. I spent 16 years as a competitive athlete and 18 years coaching the sport, developing a lifelong passion for movement, discipline, and body awareness.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise Science from University of Texas at Arlington and have continued expanding my education with certifications in kinesiology taping, functional movement, and assisted stretching.

For the past 10 years, I have worked as a Studio Manager and Personal Trainer at The Exercise Coach, where I focused on helping clients improve form, build strength, and increase flexibility and mobility so they can enjoy daily life feeling strong and capable.

I am passionate about continuing to grow my knowledge and experience to better help others move, feel, and live better every day.
