Why Choose Core Lifestyle Clinic?
Care built around you
Whether you’re managing an aching back, a stiff neck, or discomfort that’s getting in the way of your workouts, we start by understanding your concerns. We explain our findings, talk through your options, and build a plan around your goals. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your care and practical guidance you can use between visits.
Experience that connects with your everyday life
Dr. Neil Crane brings more than 14 years of chiropractic experience to your care. Since founding Core in 2012, he has worked with desk workers, active families, weekend warriors, and professional athletes. As a dad of three and an active person himself, he understands how much it matters to keep doing the things you love.
Hands-on treatment with movement in mind
Your care may include chiropractic adjustments, targeted soft tissue work, mobility exercises, and strengthening guidance. We consider how your joints, muscles, and daily habits work together, with a focus on helping you feel and move better.
Good vibes. Good tunes. Good people.
We believe taking care of yourself should feel welcoming. Expect a relaxed atmosphere, a team that gets to know you, and room to ask questions. Whether this is your first chiropractic visit or you’ve received care for years, we want you to feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.
Helping Dallas Stay Active Through Every Stage of Life

We see patients with concerns including low back pain, neck pain, sciatica, muscle tension, and headaches associated with neck discomfort. Our goal is to help you move with greater comfort and confidence and keep doing what matters to you.
Big Picture
Chiropractic & Movement Services in Dallas
Feeling better starts with understanding what your body needs. At Core Lifestyle Clinic, Dr. Neil Crane and our team combine chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and guided movement to help you move more comfortably and stay active. We take time to understand your symptoms, explain your options, and build care around your goals.
Our clinic is located on West Lovers Lane in Dallas, TX 75209, above Eatzi’s at the Pavilion on Lovers, serving Inwood Village, Highland Park, University Park, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Chiropractic Adjustments
We use the Diversified Technique—a hands-on approach to chiropractic adjustments—to address restricted joint movement. Treatment is tailored to your examination findings and comfort, with attention to how your spine and other joints move during everyday activities.
Manual Therapy, Cupping & Scraping
Muscles and other soft tissues deserve attention, too. Your care may include hands-on myofascial release, cupping, or scraping, also called instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. These techniques allow us to work with areas of muscle tension and soft tissue sensitivity alongside your chiropractic treatment.
We explain each technique and select an approach based on your needs, preferences, and response to care.
Extended Treatment Sessions
Sometimes your body needs a little more time. Our extended sessions provide additional time for focused care and may incorporate red light and near-infrared therapy, cupping, scraping, or dry needling alongside chiropractic and movement-based treatment.
These options let us tailor the session to your concerns rather than fit every patient into the same routine. The combination depends on your examination, suitability for each therapy, and provider availability; every session does not necessarily include every modality.
Dry needling is provided by Dr. Juan Peña and involves placing thin needles into selected muscle areas. Please select the appropriate provider and appointment type when booking, or text us for help choosing your session.
Assisted Stretch & Mobility Therapy
During assisted stretch therapy, a practitioner guides you through targeted stretches and controlled movements, adapting each session to your flexibility, comfort, and goals.
Sessions focus on muscle tightness and joint mobility—whether you spend hours at a desk, train regularly, or simply want to feel less stiff throughout the day.
Therapeutic Exercise & Movement Guidance
Build on the work we do together. We guide you through exercises and practical changes to support strength, mobility, and confidence in your movement. Recommendations may include targeted strengthening, mobility exercises, and adjustments to your work setup or training routine.
Our goal is to give you useful tools that fit your life beyond the clinic.
Common Concerns We Evaluate & Treat
Symptoms can have different causes. We begin with an assessment to determine whether our care is appropriate and recommend further evaluation or referral when needed.
Neck Pain & Tension
For neck stiffness, discomfort with turning your head, or tension after computer work, we assess neck movement, nearby muscles, and daily habits. Care may include appropriate adjustments, soft tissue work, mobility exercises, and workstation guidance.
Headaches Associated With Neck Discomfort
When headaches occur alongside neck stiffness or muscle tension, we assess whether the neck may be contributing. If appropriate, treatment focuses on those musculoskeletal findings. New, severe, or unusual headaches require medical evaluation.
Mid-Back Stiffness
Discomfort between the shoulder blades or stiffness after sitting can make movement feel restricted. We evaluate upper-back mobility and surrounding muscles, then tailor joint care, soft tissue techniques, and movement exercises to your findings.
Shoulder Pain
Pain with reaching, lifting, or overhead activity deserves a closer look. We assess the shoulder, shoulder blade, and related neck and upper-back movement. Care may include soft tissue treatment, mobility work, and progressive strengthening, with referral when indicated.
Hip & Low Back Pain
Whether your discomfort appears during sitting, bending, walking, or workouts, we evaluate how your lower back and hips move and tolerate activity. Your plan may combine adjustments, muscle-focused treatment, and exercises for strength and movement control. Symptoms extending into the leg are assessed for possible nerve involvement.
Knee Pain
For knee discomfort during stairs, squats, running, or everyday activity, we assess the knee and how the hip and ankle may influence movement. When conservative care is appropriate, treatment may include targeted soft tissue work, exercise, and activity modifications.
Posture & Desk-Related Discomfort
Long periods in one position can leave your neck, shoulders, and back feeling tired or stiff. We help you explore comfortable positions, build strength and movement variety, and make practical changes to your desk setup and daily routine. The focus is on comfortable, adaptable movement rather than maintaining one “perfect” posture.
Care for Different Stages of Life
We also offer individualized care for expectant and postpartum mothers, children, and athletes. Recommendations reflect each person’s age, health history, examination findings, and goals—from keeping up with family life to returning to favorite activities.
