Massage Therapy Benefits
Time for yourself. Care that pays attention.
Some days, you need focused work on a tight shoulder or an aching back. Other days, you need space to slow down and unwind. At Core Lifestyle Clinic, your massage starts with what you need.
Our massage therapists tailor each session to your goals, comfort, and preferences. Whether you’re balancing long workdays, regular workouts, pregnancy, or the demands of everyday life, we make time to listen and adapt your care.
Visit us on West Lovers Lane in Dallas, TX 75209, above Eatzi’s at the Pavilion on Lovers, convenient to Inwood Village, Highland Park, University Park, and Preston Hollow.
A Massage That Fits You
Before your session, we discuss how you’re feeling, areas you’d like addressed, and any relevant health conditions or injuries. You can choose a focused session or a broader approach, with pressure and techniques adjusted throughout your visit.
Available approaches include:
Swedish & Relaxation Massage
Flowing strokes and comfortable pressure create space to settle in and relax. A good option when your priority is unwinding and taking a break from a busy week.
Deep Tissue Massage
More focused pressure addresses selected areas of muscular tightness and tenderness. We work within your tolerance and check in along the way—you never need to push through pain for a session to be worthwhile.
Sports Massage
Sessions built around your activity, training schedule, and areas of concern. Whether you run, lift, play golf, or spend weekends on the court, your therapist can focus on the muscles involved in your sport.
Prenatal Massage
Individualized massage for expectant mothers, with positioning and techniques adapted to your stage of pregnancy and comfort. Tell us how far along you are and share any pregnancy complications or guidance from your maternity provider when booking.
Targeted Therapeutic Massage
Focused attention for specific areas such as the neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, or hips. Your therapist considers your symptoms and goals when selecting techniques and may recommend further evaluation if your concern needs more than massage.
What to Expect at Core
Expect a warm welcome, clear communication, and a session shaped around you. Your therapist will explain positioning and draping, ask about pressure preferences, and respect any areas you would like to avoid.
You’re welcome to speak up, request a change, or simply settle into a quieter session. Your comfort matters from start to finish.
Massage Within Your Broader Care Plan
Massage can be booked on its own or considered alongside chiropractic care and movement services. If you’re also seeing another provider at Core, let us know so we can discuss how the services may fit your goals.
For a recent injury, unexplained pain, or changing symptoms, an evaluation may be the best first step. We’re happy to help you choose the appropriate appointment.
Make Some Time for You
